This is one of driest Japanese sakes in Japan with an SMV of +16. Although dry, it still has a refreshing finish that makes you feel the softness of the rice. You can get notes of unripen fruits, and rice bran on the nose, with black pepper and other spice on the mouth. (720ml) SMV: +16 ABV: 15%.
