French sommelier Nicolas Rebut was trained by his granddad to recognize wine aromas before he was old enough to drink it.

It is not any commercial wine that gets delivered to subscribers. By introducing eight new winemakers to the list every month, Mr Rebut ensures that exclusive selection is not only of the finest quality, but also represents a variety or regions and winemakers.

He says: "A lot of winemakers know my name and send me their wine. If the wine is good, I go to the vineyard to meet them. If not, I pass".
