Dear Wine Lovers, We are glad to invite you to our monthly wine tasting event. The event will be Tuesday 7 August from 7pm to 9pm at Zafferano (Level 43 with view on Marina Bay Sands, Collyer Quay). Let's celebrate Singapore National Day with great French wines and italian food:

- Champagne Lassaigne, Brut Réserve, Blanc de Blancs (Champagne)

- Initiales BB, Domaine Benard Bonin, 2011 (Burgundy white)

- Domaine du Monteillet - Condrieu Les grandes Chaillées 2012 (Rhone white)

We will have nice food from Zafferano, including

- Taggiasche olive tapenade bruschetta

- Eggplant Parmigianino

- Braised Veal cheek, red wine sauce, mash

- Chicken breast in napoletana sauce and basil

- Slow cooked Pork, braised cabbage

  We will learn more about wine tasting with our sommelier's tasting guide and the Aroma Kit "Le Nez du Vin" to train our nose and discover aromas to find in wines.   88$.
