Wine is fragile. To keep wines for a while, it is important to take care of it.
Mild temperatures
Wine appreciates temperatures between 11 and 15°C. The higher the temperature of the cellar, the higher the aging process will be accelerated.
Some humidity
Moisture is a vital information for the wine, in order to protect the sealing cork. Between 70 and 90% humidity, this is ideal.
Not wet enough, the cork will dry and let through some air, which slowly kill the precious liquid. Too humid, the wine will start leaking.
Far from light
Light is an enemy for wine (photo-oxidation).
Calm
The wine cellar will be stored in a stable place without vibrations (MRT vibrations for instance)
